VistaConnections was founded by Judy Donnelly and Don Allen in 2001. Our business model is simple…Listen to the needs of our clients….introduce leading edge technology to the hiring process…and use that technology to find and attract the finest talent in the marketplace for our clients. 

Mike Thiessen joined the partnership in 2004, and brought with him over 15 years of hands-on staffing and recruiting experience. Mike developed the VistaConnections Contracting Division, which is recognized by both our clients and consultants as one of the finest in the industry.
